Rachel Wilde

Senior HR Consultant and Trainer

Rachel brings over 15 years of experience in HR consultancy and is known for her measured, composed approach in complex and high-pressure situations. She specialises in workplace investigations and high-risk employee relations matters, supporting organisations where clarity, fairness and sound judgement really matter.

With a Master’s in Human Resource Management, CIPD Level 7 qualification and accreditation in workplace investigations, Rachel leads on sensitive and often contentious cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, discrimination, harassment and whistleblowing concerns. She takes a structured, evidence-based approach, planning investigations carefully, conducting thorough interviews and ensuring outcomes are clear, reasoned and defensible.

Rachel is often brought in when situations are particularly challenging or carry potential legal or reputational risk. She works closely with senior leaders and managers, acting as a trusted, impartial voice when emotions are high and decisions are difficult.

Alongside her investigative work, Rachel advises on a broad range of employee relations matters, including performance management, organisational change and redundancy processes. Her focus is always on helping clients navigate these situations with confidence, ensuring decisions are consistent, fair and stand up to scrutiny.

Known for her attention to detail and her instinct for cutting through complexity, Rachel creates the space to fully understand what is really going on beneath the surface. She asks the right questions, brings structure and helps clients move forward with clarity and confidence.

Rachel’s style is thoughtful, thorough and quietly decisive. She combines deep expertise with strong judgement and a natural ability to build trust, making her a safe pair of hands for organisations navigating their most sensitive people challenges.
