Eryn, who holds a BSc in Psychology, brings a natural talent for supporting others and a calm, composed approach to her role as an HR Advisor. Her keen interest in HR has driven her to further develop her expertise, achieving her CIPD Level 5 qualification in People Management. With a background that includes working for the NHS and volunteering alongside healthcare professionals, Eryn has developed the ability to provide exceptional support in high-pressure environments.

Eryn works with clients to provide clear, practical HR advice across a range of areas. Her commitment to high standards is evident in every aspect of her work. She supports clients with employment contracts, handbooks and wider people management matters, ensuring all guidance and documentation is accurate, compliant and tailored to their needs. She also continues to excel in demonstrating HR Management Systems, helping clients to confidently navigate and utilise their platforms.

In addition to her client-facing responsibilities, Eryn remains a valued support to the wider HR Consultant team, contributing through thorough note-taking and administrative assistance. As a trained Mental Health First Aider, she brings an added level of understanding and empathy to her work, supporting both clients and colleagues with care and professionalism.
