Our leadership development programme (LDP) is designed to build the skills, mindset and behaviours needed to lead with clarity, influence and purpose. Through four practical and interactive workshops, participants gain the confidence to lead effectively, strengthen relationships and unlock the full potential of their teams.

Programme information
This programme is delivered across four engaging half-day workshops, designed to build self-awareness, strengthen leadership capability and support long-term professional growth.
This programme can be delivered either remotely via Microsoft Teams or in person. Face-to-face training takes place at our training venue in Romsey, Hampshire. We can also deliver the programme at your premises or another suitable location if preferred.
The programme includes an individual Insights Discovery® profile, along with a dedicated one-to-one coaching session with our trainer to help participants reflect on their results and identify practical development opportunities.

What the programme covers
Module 1: Leading authentically
Build your ability to lead with confidence and credibility while developing emotional intelligence. This module explores how to build on your strengths as a leader, communicate persuasively and project confidence to influence others effectively. Through interactive activities, participants enhance relationships and improve overall team effectiveness.
Module 2: Developing others
Understand how to bring out the best in individuals by adapting your own style. This module equips leaders with practical coaching and mentoring techniques to improve performance, build confidence and improve communication.
Module 3: Building high performing teams
Learn how to shape a team culture that motivates and inspires, whilst building trust and safety. This session explores how to increase engagement, embrace diversity, encourage collaboration and create an environment that drives performance and results.
Module 4: Moving forward as a leader
Consolidate your learning and define a clear leadership vision for the future. This module supports participants in reflecting on their development, clarifying their leadership intentions, and creating a practical action plan to embed and sustain their growth beyond the programme.
